My Story
Pivoting is something I have had to become an expert at both professionally and personally throughout my life. From the day I started my RE career I vowed to myself I would always be quality over quantity and that God would be my CEO.
For the longest time I have wanted to start a property management company and just never got around to it, letting procrastination and limiting beliefs get in the way, yet doing a few here and there for friends or myself as they arose.
So I put my palms up and said OK God, if this is what I am to do make it known. After much thought of how I could be different from the rest, little by little the pieces kept falling into place. And that is how Magnolia Keys, LLC Premiere Properties was born and will be ran. Quality over quantity.
For years the word magnolia has stood out to me as the name “magnolia” is derived from the Latin word “magnolius,” which means “OF GREAT EXCELLENCE .” The reason why I chose the name is because of all it means and yet embodies who I am just as Katie Lynette (which means Pure Flowing Brook by the way) and how through all I’ve experienced I have become just like the magnolia is defined as:
purity, kindness, endurance, love of nature, nobility, perseverance, dignity, luck, stability, everlasting connections, self respect/self esteem, hope, mind body connection, and yin energy (The magnolia is associated with yin, or female energy, and is often given to honor a strong woman).
